Fellow writers, here is an essay challenge for you. The American Values Project is sponsoring a contest in which you could win $250.00 for your thoughts on the subject. You are to write an essay of no more than 750 words discussing American Values and how we, as Americans, live up to those values. Here is a website for more information.
I haven't yet determined whether or not I will enter the contest myself. My first instinct for subject matter seems a bit less than popular and isn't mentioned on their website. Hmmm. . . I'll be considering it.
